At Scrubs on the Run, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, it may be returned in original condition with all tags and labels as shipped within 30 days of purchase. Any items returned to us that do not comply with the above policy will not be accepted for a return.
Embroidered, altered, washed, damaged by the purchaser or clearance merchandise may not be returned.

Include a copy of your purchase receipt with your return. On your receipt indicate reason for return.
To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Your return will typically take 3-4 business days to process, and your credit card company might take up to an additional 5-7 business days to apply the credit back to your account.
Return via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped.
